been to the netherlands too, back in the summer of 2000,great people, love amsterdam, when in amsterdam check out the bluebird coffee shop and the grey area coffee.make some extra cd's,the guy at the grey area shop loves playing the dead, wsp, and phish...so burn some disc's.i remember enjoying a nice bowl of some sticky haze crossed with blueberry, while guy played 8-27-72 that someone drop off for him.good times and good people.don't forget to check out the huge park and the market's on the weekend.also save some save some money by going to the market and getting some deli sandwiches for lunch, the local eateries tend to be pricey,so a few guilders..oops euro saved adds up after awhile.watch out for the gypsy kids, very good at what they do and get a hotel with and elavator, climbing 6 flights of stairs at 5 a.m. after a night of smoke, beer and the red light district is a buzz kill.if you guys do plan a trip a houseboat on the canal would be the way to go,i've seen great deals on them before.anyway great country and people....p.s.watch out for the haze.

How tempting does that sound! Don't think I'd have much left after the divorce though except my dead collection, but hey, thats a great start!
